ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage all aspects of the account payables function
- Create purchase order in QuickBooks
- Receiving the goods
- Process invoices
- Pay bills
- Accrue expenses
- Project Management
- Monitor and track projects spending against budgeted
- Resolve billing issues with project vendors
- Go to person for spending detail questions
- Liaison with other department
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepaid account
- Accounts Payable account
- Credit card liability account
- Cash flow projection update
- Explain actual spending flux analysis
- Forecast near future expenses and cash requirement from the open PO report
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with using QuickBooks
- Must have great attention to detail
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
- Capable of managing projects spending independently

- Software Engineer (Java)
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Kink.com is looking for a great Java software engineer. We are currently expanding our architecture in Java. The right person for this job is someone that really enjoys building well designed and implemented software. You stay current with new trends but are pragmatic about what tools and methods get used in production. You are also a generalist. Our developers do not currently work in one specific area of the application stack (i.e. database, services, UI, etc.).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Design and implement new features to support internal and external projects
- Help to maintain existing systems
- Help troubleshoot production issues when they arise
- Work with other departments to help determine requirements and priorities
- Document your work
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- You have a history of getting things done quickly
- You believe testing your code is part of the development process
- Strong Java skills
- Experience developing and deploying on JBoss or other J2EE container
- Experience developing with Hibernate/EJB3
- Experience building web applications with JSP
- Experience writing JavaScript. Exposure to and some usage of libraries such as jQuery is even better.
